Our all-natural polish style toothpaste for pets offers gentle abrasive properties to help sustain dental health. Plant extracts add beneficial nourishment to each application, making a difference even if brushing is not done every day. Aiming for 2-3 times a week is recommended to support your pet's oral health.

Ingredients

Calcium carbonate, glycerin (vegetable), cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) hydrosol, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum, Nipaguard SCE (Sorbitan caprylate, propanediol, benzoic acid, Ecocert-certified preservative), cardamom (Elettaria cardomomum) essential oil, coriander seed (Coriandrum sativum) essential oil, lemon myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) essential oil, spearmint (Mentha spicata) essential oil, citric acid.

Calcium carbonate – A natural white mineral that helps to remove plaque, debris and surface stains.

Sodium bicarbonate – A natural salt that works at breaking up layers of plaque.

Cinnamon bark hydrosol – Traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties to fight gingivitis and bad breath.

Cardamom, coriander seed and spearmint essential oils – Masters of fighting bad breath, these have all been used for millennia – yes, thousands of years – as antiseptics and to eliminate harmful bacteria. Ideal for protecting against tooth decay, freshening breath, and preventing ulcers.

How to Use
Using a spatula (or the end of a teaspoon), scoop a small amount of toothpaste onto a brush or cloth and gently brush your pet’s teeth and gums.

This is easiest when your dog is relaxed (Soothe Calm can help with that).

If your pet is new to brushing, make sure you introduce it slowly, with lots of rewards!
Aim for a couple of minutes, two to three times per week for good results. 

Our dog toothpaste has been formulated by Dr Nicole specifically for animal use and contains only safe, proven plant-based ingredients. Many brands of dog toothpaste on the market contain xylitol, which is extremely toxic to dogs, alcohol, which kills bad bacteria but also good bacteria, or a high number of unhealthy artificial additives. We prefer to keep it all-natural.
